Here are some photos of Hammer & Hand‘s progress on MSA’s NW Portland Dormer Project.  The rear half of the roof and interior walls have been demolished.  Also, the asbestos siding was carefully removed from all the exterior walls.  Framing is underway including the install (via crane) of a twenty-eight feet long 5.5×19.5 glulam ridge beam which allows for vaulted spaces in the new dormer rooms.
